Built in 2000 by parents tired of a leaking old rink, now with four sheets of ice
No public skating is posted for the next 7 days. New sessions show here as soon as the rink posts them.
In the late 1990s, a group of figure skating and hockey parents sat in the stands of an old ice rink under a leaking roof and agreed the area needed a new community ice center. They formed the nonprofit Cornerstone Community Center, Inc., and the center was built in 2000 with two sheets of ice as the new home of Green Bay Area Youth Hockey, St. Norbert Green Knight Hockey and the Cornerstone Skating Club.
An Olympic-sized rink was added in 2007 at the Resch Olympic Pavilion. The nonprofit that owns the center is an affiliate of Green Bay Area Youth Hockey. Today the ice supports youth, high school, college and adult hockey, a speed skating club and a figure skating club, along with ice shows, competitions and tournaments, and the center is the host site for the 2026 USA Hockey Tier I 15 Only and 16U National Championships.
A fourth rink, the Donald and Patricia Schneider Family Arena, has its grand-opening ceremony on October 30, 2026. Its completion is described as a major milestone for youth development and community connection in the region.
