The Packers’ park rink beside Lambeau Field

Titletown is a 45-acre community development just west of Lambeau Field that the Green Bay Packers developed and opened in 2017. Its public park centers on a winter skating rink and a tubing hill, and the public portion of the district is open all year.

The Hy-Vee Plaza rink was planned with a skating trail that winds underneath the tubing hill and connects to an open skating area, 14,200 square feet of skating surface in all, nearly the size of a hockey rink. Ice making, snowmaking and grooming equipment were specified to extend the season.

Titletown fills the winter with themed skates. Last season’s lineup included Santa Skate on Saturday mornings in December and Glow Skate on Thursday evenings, with brightly colored lights illuminating the rink. The district also hosted the 2025 NFL draft.
