Admission

Public skate and Stick, Puck & Ring admission is CA$2.50 for preschool (3-6), CA$5.00 for children (7-13), CA$5.75 for youth (14-18) and seniors (60+), CA$7.50 for adults (19-59) and CA$15.00 for a family of up to four; children under two are free. Rates include taxes, and family registration is in person only.

Skates & rentals

The City rents skates only at Valleyview Arena during public skate times, so bring your own skates to Brocklehurst.

Booking & check-in

Public skate is registered in advance online or by phone (250-828-3500); cash is accepted only at the door. The ice holds 120 skaters, with 70 places held for online registration and up to 50 cash registrations taken on site. Stick, Puck & Ring registration opens the morning of the session, online or by phone only, with no cash.

Children under 7 must be supervised on the ice by an adult wearing skates, and helmets are mandatory for children under 13.
