St. Catharines' four-pad arena, opened in 2005

The Seymour-Hannah Sports & Entertainment Centre opened in 2005 as a multi-sheet indoor arena with four NHL-size rinks, each 200 by 85 feet. The main rink, known as the Rankin Rink, seats 1,200 fans with room for 300 more, and it is the former home of Brock University's Badgers men's and women's hockey teams.

The St. Catharines Falcons of the Greater Ontario Hockey League's Eastern conference moved into the four-pad for the 2022–23 season, after the closure of the Garden City Arena Complex, where they had played since 1968. The Falcons have won the Sutherland Cup twice, in 2012 and 2022. Their 6–2 win over Chatham in the 2022 final series was the last game ever played at the old Jack Gatecliff Memorial Arena, and they clinched the cup with an 8–2 win in Chatham.
