Thedford's arena, hall, library branch and nursery school, fully renovated in 2011 and LEED certified.
The Legacy Recreation Centre was fully renovated in 2011 and is the first LEED-certified building in Lambton Shores. It houses Thedford's arena along with a banquet hall, a Lambton County Library branch and the Small World Nursery School, and it serves as the Emergency Reception Centre for the Thedford area.
The ice rink measures 180 by 80 feet and is in from September to March, with combined seating and standing room for 600. From April to August the rink floor becomes a concrete pad. The Thedford Optimist Club runs the concession booth, and Thomas Hall, the banquet hall, holds up to 450 people standing.
Outside, the grounds add green space, a baseball diamond without lights and swings, and the building also has shuffleboard and pickleball courts.
