Home ice of the Coy Cup-winning Terrace River Kings

The Terrace Sportsplex holds two sheets of ice, the Main Arena and the Hidber Arena, and a multipurpose room upstairs overlooks the Hidber Arena. In the 2026-27 season the City added Beats and Blades, a public skate that pumps the latest tunes, and Little Strides, a first try at hockey for children born in 2022.

The Sportsplex is home to the Terrace River Kings, a senior team that debuted in the Central Interior Hockey League in 2004–05. In 2024 the River Kings beat the Williams Lake Stampeders to win the league's Cameron Kerr Memorial Cup, then took the BC Hockey Senior AA Coy Cup by beating the Powell River Regals 5-4 in triple overtime. They won a second Kerr Cup in 2025.
