Greenheck Field House, built 1997, renamed for Mary Greenheck Turner

The ice arena at Greenheck Turner Community Center is part of the Greenheck Field House, built in 1997 in Weston, Wisconsin, with support from the Greenheck family. The original building combined an Olympic-size ice sheet with three indoor basketball courts, two racquetball courts, classrooms and a fitness center. The community center now carries the name of Mary Greenheck Turner, who died in 2019.

The sheet is Olympic-sized at 100 by 200 feet, with 32 feet of clearance from the ice to the bottom roof beam and wooden bleachers for spectators. DC Everest High School Hockey plays its home games here, sharing the ice with Everest Youth Hockey and the Timberline Figure Skating Club.

Both clubs are older than the building. Everest Youth Hockey was established in 1996, a year before the field house opened, and runs boys' and girls' hockey here. The Timberline Figure Skating Club dates to 1975 and became a full member club of United States Figure Skating in 1983; it is the only member club in north-central Wisconsin.
