Niverville's 2021 recreation centre arena, home of the MJHL's Niverville Nighthawks since 2022
The Niverville Community Resource & Recreation Centre opened in 2021, a 9,200-square-metre multi-use building owned by the Town of Niverville. Besides the hockey arena it holds a fieldhouse, a performing arts centre, a childcare centre, an indoor playground and a historical display of the region's past and present.
The arena has six dressing rooms and room for 1,000 spectators. The Niverville Nighthawks, who joined the Manitoba Junior Hockey League as an expansion team in 2022-23, play their home games here, and seating was raised from 750 to 1,000 in 2023 to meet the league standard. Hockey Manitoba held its Male Under-16 Program of Excellence selection camp here in its first year, and the town has land nearby for a possible second ice surface.
