Get to know this rink.

Stu Peppard is a single-sheet arena beside Glenmore Athletic Park in southwest Calgary. The 185-by-85-foot ice surface has seating for 550 spectators, with vending machines and a concession that opens for game nights or by arrangement.

The city publishes dated public-skating sessions in its Live and Play calendar. Public skating is a drop-in activity, so choose a listed skate rather than using the building’s general opening hours. Children five and under skate free; adult admission is CA$6.30, with discounted child, youth, senior and family rates.

Construction of the replacement Glenmore Twin Arena is underway for a planned 2027 opening. The east parking lot is closed during construction; use the west lot from 19 Street SW. The current Stu Peppard entrance remains the destination for sessions listed here.
