Diamond Valley's only indoor sheet, home of Foothills Figure Skating Club and High Country Minor Hockey.
The Oilfields Regional Arena is the one indoor arena among the Town of Diamond Valley's four ice surfaces; the other three are outdoor rinks. Diamond Valley itself dates from January 1, 2023, when the Town of Black Diamond amalgamated with neighbouring Turner Valley. The Oilfields Curling Club is listed among the same arena facilities.
The arena is home to the Foothills Figure Skating Club and High Country Minor Hockey. Ice is in from September to March, and the building has four dressing rooms with showers and a referee room. From April through July and part of August the ice comes out and the surface is rented as a dry pad, as are the outdoor Scott Seaman Sports Rinks.
Between club bookings, the town runs a Sunday public skate from October to March, sponsored by Pharmasave, and rents open ice for extra practices, shinnies and birthday parties.
