The Eisstadion in Bad Tölz, the Hacker-Pschorr Arena, was opened in spring 2004 after the foundation stone was laid on 5 April 2003, and has counted since then among the finest ice halls in Germany. In 2004 the German national ice-hockey team played Austria there.
With the Tölzer Löwen's promotion to the DEL 2 in 2017 a new sponsor renamed it the weeArena; the club parted from the sponsor in 2021 and the addition is no longer used. The Löwen dropped back into the Oberliga in 2022.
The hall has an international ice surface of 60 by 30 metres and stands for up to 4,115 spectators, 3,359 of them standing and 756 seated. From August to mid-April it hosts events and activities around ice sport, and from the end of April to mid-July the ice-free hall is used for other events.
