A 30-by-60-metre ice surface and a disco on Saturday nights

Under the motto "Rauf auf die Kufen" the Spengel Eissportarena in Hamm invites skaters onto a 30-by-60-metre ice surface. The old Pistenbar has been completely renovated to round the visit off, and the arena describes itself as a capable events centre.

It offers eleven public skating sessions a week, including the Disco on Ice on Saturday evening, a classic event in the city for teenagers from 12. On the last Tuesday of every month a children's Eisdisco for everyone under 14 runs in parallel with the regular session.

The figure-skating school is run by the Spengel Eissportarena together with the Hammer Eis eG. The 2026/27 season has already started, and the opening hours for the new season are posted on the arena's own page.
