The Vaudoise aréna is a sports complex for ice and events, inaugurated in 2019 in Prilly on the site of the old Malley rink, and built with the 2020 Winter Youth Olympic Games in view. While it was under construction the local hockey clubs played in a temporary rink, Malley 2.0. The inauguration match was played on 24 September 2019 between Lausanne and Genève-Servette, and the arena hosted its first international event in February 2020 with the Youth Olympics.
The ice centre has three rinks: the main arena, mostly used for Lausanne HC matches, with 9,600 places; the indoor Cooly rink with a 280-seat stand and a 60 by 30 metre ice sheet; and the outdoor Yodli rink, 56 by 26 metres, the NHL format. They serve the resident clubs, their academies, schools and the public. The Vaudoise aréna is home to Lausanne Hockey Club and its academy, the HC Prilly Black Panthers, the HC Renens Vipers and the HC Féminin Lausanne.
