Covered rink of 56 by 26 metres with 450 seats

Samoëns' municipal rink is a covered outdoor rink with stands, measuring 56 by 26 metres, with seating for 450 spectators. It is open to the public from the end of autumn to the beginning of spring, and in summer the town turns it into a roller rink, which in 2026 ran from 4 July to 30 August.

The stands are put to use for events in season: skating galas and hockey matches where visitors can support the home team. The Samoëns hockey club plays friendly matches here, and the tourist office has listed an all-women game against the Saint-Gervais hockey players. The Samoëns Handi-Glisse association also provides the rink with a sledge, so skaters with disabilities can share the ice with family and friends and even play hockey.
