Opened on 30 September 2026 where the old stadium stood, with a 26 by 60 metre main sheet and a training sheet
The new Zimní stadion in Uherské Hradiště was opened ceremonially on 30 September 2026 and welcomed the public from 2 October. It stands on the site of the town's old stadium, whose roof structure and cooling pipework were at the end of their life; the old hall was demolished, and the new one was built in one year by PSG Construction under a design-and-build contract. The council approved a budget of CZK 446.8 million.
There are two ice sheets, both designed for year-round use: a main sheet of 26 by 60 metres and a training sheet of 26 by 14 metres. The stand holds 500 spectators, 313 of them seated. The building has 16 changing rooms, a warm-up room, massage and first-aid rooms, a club room, a bistro and accommodation for about 80 people, and it has its own 99.84 kWp solar plant, while an indirect ammonia system cools the ice.
The town company Správa sportovišť UH, set up this year for the purpose, runs the stadium. Besides public skating it serves hockey, figure skating and school lessons.
