Grand Forks's two-rink IcePlex: Eagles Arena (1985) joined to the Blue Line Club arena (1993)

The Blue Line Club IcePlex is two arenas built eight years apart. Eagles Arena was constructed in 1985, the Blue Line Club arena followed in 1993, and the two were connected in 1995-96. They share a concession stand between two single-sheet rinks, a 200-by-85-foot north rink and a 185-by-85-foot south rink.

Donations managed through the Grand Forks Blue Line Club paid for later upgrades, including new boards and glass in Eagles Arena in 2013 and new bleachers, sound baffles and locker rooms in 2023. The complex was officially renamed the Blue Line Club IcePlex after a naming rights agreement.

Red River boys' high school hockey practices here, the Knight Riders girls' team plays its games and practices on the ice, and Border Blades figure skating, the Grand Forks Youth Hockey Association and Park District skating lessons rely on the two-rink complex.
