Three sheets since 1991
Jersey Shore Arena opened in 1991 in Wall, New Jersey. The 107,810-square-foot building houses three NHL-sized ice rinks and is owned by Black Bear Sports Group, Inc., which runs it as a multi-purpose sports facility.
The arena is the home of the Jersey Shore Wildcats Hockey Club, and the Wildcats Youth Organization shares the ice with the Jersey Shore Americans Select Teams and the NJ 87's. The Ice Lantic's Synchronized Skating Team, the Jersey Coast Figure Skating Club and the Garden State Figure Skating Club also call it home. Area high school hockey teams play out of the arena too, among them CBA, Manasquan, Wall, Howell, Marlboro, Freehold Township, Red Bank Regional, Saint John Vianney and the Trinity Hall girls' team.
Alongside the teams, the arena runs hockey and skate programs, public skating, drop-ins and leagues, and together with its sister location the operation counts four NHL-size rinks plus a half sheet the staff call the Pond.
