The former Rogers Activity Center, now one campus with the new HealthPartners Fieldhouse
TruStone Center is the current name of the Rogers Activity Center, the ice arena on the City of Rogers recreation campus in Rogers, Minnesota. The name covers the whole campus rather than a new rink: the existing ice arena and the HealthPartners Fieldhouse, a new turf building added beside it. Residents, partners and visitors marked the grand opening of the TruStone Center and the fieldhouse on November 17 with tours and turf activities.
The arena is home to the Rogers Youth Hockey Association and to Rogers High School athletics, so Rogers High School Hockey and Rogers Youth Hockey games are the main fixtures on the building's event calendar. Around them the city runs its own public skating, Learn to Skate classes and the Breakaway League.
Drop-in ice is part of the weekly mix too. Stick and puck is unstructured, no-checking time for kids to play hockey for fun, and adult open hockey is pick-up hockey for anyone 18 and over.
