Chester County Sports Arena reopened as The Campus in 2022

The Campus opened in June 2022 in Downingtown, Pennsylvania, as the renamed and refurbished Chester County Sports Arena. The facility has 25,000-plus square feet of indoor space, with a full sheet of ice, new locker rooms and event space at the center of it.

That single full-size sheet is the indoor anchor of a multi-sport property whose other fields, courts and outdoor pool sit outside. Downingtown West Ice Hockey makes its home here, and so does the Campus Wild of the DVHL. Campus Stars Figure Skating Club calls it home rink too, and the club teaches the beginner Learn to Skate USA program on this ice.

Beyond the club sides, The Campus runs its own weekly Learn to Play Hockey clinic, an adult hockey league and hockey programs for all ages and skill levels, and opens the sheet for public skating sessions.
