The Olympic hockey training hall beside the National Indoor Stadium, with 2022 markings still under the ice
No public skating is posted for the next 7 days. New sessions show here as soon as the rink posts them.
Tucked away on the north side of the National Indoor Stadium, the ice hockey hall served as the hockey training rink during the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics and Paralympics. After a refit finished in May 2022 it opened to the public, and unlike most public rinks its ice and fittings are of Olympic standard: the Games logo, the words BEIJING 2022 and the Olympic rings are still set into the ice, and both of its resurfacers worked at the Games.
It is a working hockey hall as well as a public rink. Beijing's men's ice hockey team trains here from Monday to Saturday, and the hall also runs youth hockey training and hosts hockey competitions, so public skating comes in short blocks that change from week to week and are announced each week on the centre's own account. Within a public session there is no time limit on the ice.
