The Kroměříž winter stadium was built in 1972 and roofed ten years later, in 1982. In the 1979/80 season it was out of operation for a complete overhaul, and in 2001 the ice surface was rebuilt and new boards were put in.
A new roof was laid in the summer of 2008, and new cooling towers were installed in 2011. According to the operator, public skating runs for the whole time the stadium is in operation, and the published ice schedule shows the ice shared between club teams, school classes, matches and league games, with weekend blocks for the public.
The stadium holds 3,000 spectators, all of them seated in two stands of 1,500 places. It has a single main entrance, and the place for visiting fans is behind the visitors' bench.
