A travelling roofed real-ice rink, formerly Forlanis Eisvergnügen

Mr.F EISWELT is a mobile real-ice rink with a roof, formerly known as Forlanis Eisvergnügen, set up in front of the Saalbau in Neustadt an der Weinstraße. A local press report from 2015 names the operator as the Forlani showman business from Landau and says the family has a lot of experience with ice rinks and travels across Germany.

In 2015 the rink covered 450 square metres and the Stadtwerke were its main sponsor; an alpine hut that can be hired for Christmas parties was new that winter. The roofed skating surface has since grown to 510 square metres.

The rink has two season locations, Neustadt an der Weinstraße and Kaiserslautern. Next to it the operator offers a Winzerscheune in autumn and a Winterscheune in winter that can be hired for private events.

Children under 5 pay 3 €, children from 5 pay 6 € (10-ride card 54 €); adults from 18 pay 7 € (10-ride card 63 €). School classes pay 4 € per person without skate hire and 7 € with it.
