Public skating at Løren ishall: the next 7 days

Currently out of season Oslo kommune's page for the hall says it is open and free to the public on Sundays from 11:00 to 12:45 "i issesongen" (in the ice season) and prints no start or end date; the 2026/27 ice season of the hall began in August (Oslo Idrettskrets' plan). That Sunday timetable is listed here, checked on 4 October 2026, to 2 November 2026. The page says nothing about public holidays, so nothing is listed on them. Official schedule update

Lørenhallen, Oslo's ice hall of 1986 and the home of Hasle-Løren

Lørenhallen opened in 1986 at Spireaveien in Løren, in Oslo's Bjerke district, as the 12th ice hall in Norway. Before it, the ice hockey club Hasle-Løren had played its home games at Jordal Amfi, the hall built for the 1952 Winter Olympics and opened in December 1951.

The hall holds 1,500 spectators, of whom 50 have seats. The new hall did not bring the club's first team immediate success: Hasle-Løren was relegated in 1987, played in the top league again from 1990 to 1992, and was promoted again before the 1996/97 season.

Hasle-Løren is based at Refstad in a green area where Løren Idrettspark also has a floorball hall, an artificial-grass pitch, a volleyball court, a basketball court and a club house.
