A 1995 rink built on donated land and doubled in 2011, home ice for Concordia University Wisconsin.
The Ozaukee Ice Center was built in 1995 through fundraising by the Ozaukee Ice Association: a 33,000-square-foot building on 6.7 acres of donated land at Pioneer and Green Bay roads. The $3.3 million original had one NHL-size rink with seating for 540, locker rooms with showers and a concession stand.
A 43,000-square-foot addition opened in December 2011, with more than $3.0 million in private donations covering over half of the $6.0 million cost. The center now has two NHL-size sheets with a total capacity of 2,000, 14 locker rooms, two officials' rooms, a large lobby and a mezzanine bar, plus 12,000 square feet of unfinished space set aside for future sports training and fitness.
It is home ice for Concordia University Wisconsin's NCAA Division III men's and women's teams and its ACHA club team, the Ozaukee Youth Hockey Association's Ice Dogs, and adult and women's leagues.
