The city rink in Bełchatów stands on Edwardów street, next to the municipal tennis courts, and is run by the town's sports centre. It was built under a tent hall in 2008 and has an ice surface of 874 square metres. The centre modernised it in three stages, in 2020, 2022 and 2023.

The centre runs the rink to a set schedule of entries, which it can change when events or sports classes take over the ice, and the date on which the ice opens is announced each year. Organised groups under the care of a teacher or an educator can use the rink as well, on the centre's terms.
