Built in 1972, Borås Ishall is home to Borås Hockey and has an A-hall and a B-hall.
Borås Ishall is an ice hall in Borås and the home rink of Borås Hockey, who play their home games here. The hall was built in 1972 and has been fitted with 1,284 self-heating stand seats, and the total capacity is 3,000. In later years it was extended with an A-hall and a B-hall so that the youth teams could get more ice time.
Today the hall has two ice surfaces whose main season runs from August to April, and during the ice season it is open to the public for free skating. Public skating is held in the B-hall, where you may skate with a stick during the public hours. The two halls are used largely by a hockey club and a bandy association, and the hall lies close to Borås Arena on Armbågavägen.
