Open since 2001 in Hogan Park

Kent Valley Ice Centre opened in 2001 in Hogan Park, beside the park's baseball fields in Kent, Washington. The Doner and Grauer families ran the centre from its opening. By 2014 the building had spent several years in foreclosure, and that March Sno-King, which owns arenas in Renton and Kirkland, reached an agreement to buy it from the owners.

The building is a multipurpose entertainment centre of more than 66,000 square feet around one NHL-regulation ice rink, with batting cages and an 18-hole mini golf course under the same roof. A High-Performance Training Centre of more than 3,700 square feet handles off-ice strength and conditioning work. Kent Valley Hockey Association calls the rink its home ice, and the centre's Learn to Play Hockey program is built to move new players onto KVHA teams. The Kraken Hockey League, Seattle's largest recreational adult hockey league, plays its games here as well.

In December 2018 an electrical panel caught fire on a Sunday morning, setting off the sprinklers and closing the rink for a single day before it reopened on the Monday. Public skating continues year-round, and black-light skate sessions are a regular part of the public calendar.
