The arena side of Surrey Sport & Leisure Complex has three NHL-sized ice sheets, 13 dressing rooms and two multipurpose rooms. Rinks 1 and 2 each seat 125 spectators and Rink 3 seats 250. Skate and helmet rentals and sharpening are available; the adjoining aquatic facilities have their own programs.
The fall schedule includes evening and weekend public skates, weekday Value sessions, and a Sunday family skate. Adult sessions and parent participation have separate audience rules. Parents or guardians skating with preschoolers must be 19 or older and remain on the ice; these preschool sessions share ice with lessons.
SkyTrain construction has closed direct access from Fraser Highway. Approach through the Fraser Highway and 166 Street intersection, or from near 165 Street and 84 Avenue. The arena side has 11 accessible parking stalls. Rinks 1 and 3 support para ice hockey, with accessible viewing at Rink 3, a public sensory space and sensory kits available at the front desk.

Admission
Standard single visit: adults 19–59 CA$8; children and youth CA$4; students and seniors 60–69 CA$6; seniors 70+ CA$2.50. Family admission is CA$4 per person, with at least one adult and one child age 18 or under. Specialty hockey and figure skating have separate rates. The published fee table lists no separate discount for Value-session times or for parent-participation and adult-only public skate times, which use the same general admission rates.
Public skating does not require advance sign-up. Specialty arena drop-ins open for registration 72 hours ahead. All visitors need a free Surrey Recreation Passcard. Check the dated schedule for cancellations.
Children 12 and under must wear helmets at skating sessions. Parent participation is for ages 0–5, with a parent or guardian age 19+ on the ice; these sessions share ice with lessons.
