Get to know this rink.

Farmington Hills Ice Arena is the City of Farmington Hills' 70,000-square-foot arena with two ice surfaces and seating for 1,200, plus concessions, locker rooms and meeting and party rooms. It runs youth and adult hockey, public skating, Learn-to-Skate and figure skating, and stages its annual Ice Show in May. It is a separate building from Suburban Ice Farmington Hills.

The one public session is the Mid-Day Open Skate, Monday through Thursday 11:30 AM–1:00 PM, $3 admission and $3 skate rental; it takes a summer break (June 22–August 6 in 2026) and skips Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day. No stick & puck, drop-in hockey or freestyle times are published. The grid is transcribed from the city's page and re-checked daily.
