An ice rink inside a listed red-brick sports building

The Espace Sportif Pailleron stands in Paris's 19th arrondissement at the foot of the Buttes Chaumont, with a pool, an ice rink and a fitness area under one roof. The building is a listed historic monument in red brick, renovated in 2006, and its historic pool dates from 1933. The rink is a single oval of ice with a rest area, where visitors can watch the skaters circling.

Ice hockey lessons start with Baby Hockey for ages 5 to 7 and continue through children, teenagers and adults, at beginner and confirmed levels. Figure skating is taught at progression, advanced and confirmed levels for children, teenagers and adults.

Evening events have included a fluorescent night, a foam party with a foam cannon on the ice, and an after-Valentine's night with a DJ set, a photobooth and a bubble machine. In summer 2026 the rink was turned into a soft-paintball arena.
