Chicago Wolves practice headquarters
Rosemont Ice Arena opened on November 5, 2025, a $34.5 million, 103,000-square-foot building owned by the Village of Rosemont. Spectate Group, part of the Nicholas Family of Companies and also the operator of Nicholas Sportsplex in Mount Prospect, runs it under a licensing agreement with the village. It stands just north of Allstate Arena, where the Chicago Wolves play their home games; this building is the Wolves' official practice headquarters.
Inside are two regulation NHL sheets. An Illinois Bone and Joint Institute physical therapy clinic operates in the building. The Chicago Mission made it the home of its Girls 12U, 14U, 16U and 19U teams, its Boys 9U team and Junior Mission, and Chicago Edge Skating Academy, the Northwest Chargers, the North Shore Warhawks and York Hockey Club also call it home.
Up on the mezzanine, Hatty's Club, a sports bar and supper club, looks out over both rinks. The builders expected its location, three miles from O'Hare International Airport, to draw regional and national hockey tournaments.
