Glacéo is the ice rink of the Seine-Eure agglomeration, built on rue du Canal in Louviers. It was named on the day Equalia signed its delegation contract, a name that echoes its neighbour, the Caséo aquatic centre. The logo's two slightly offset blocks stand for the two ice surfaces, and the opening was marked by an inauguration weekend on Saturday 31 August and Sunday 1 September, then a first-anniversary weekend on 5 and 6 September 2020.
Two sheets sit side by side, linked by a corridor. The large sports rink has 602 seats in the stands, light shows and giant screens for hockey matches, skating galas and themed nights, while the small ludic rink is set aside for first steps and a calmer family atmosphere.
Two clubs are resident. Les Loups Hockey'Eure compete in the Normandy and Grand Ouest conferences. The Ice Skating Club de Louviers runs figure skating, ice dance, synchronised skating, curling, extreme sports and handisport here, and holds its own competition at the rink every year. Glacéo and the city of Louviers also stage a dinner and show on the ice, in its fourth consecutive year in February 2026, and the French women's national hockey team has spent ten days training here.
